I returned to Oxfordshire a few years ago after doing a Master's degree in film.

Since returning I've spoken to loads of people interested in film, I've gone to courses, meet-ups and days out across the region. I've met some lovely groups of people across the county - however, the one thing I noticed is there's no central hub for people around here to network and discuss films. I've got a lot of talented friends, but I'd also like to meet new people with different skills, different connections and different experiences to my own. And so would they.

That's why I've set up this forum. It's a place for anything film related - whether you are just an enthusiast, more of an academic, or a hands-on filmmaker - the Oxford Film Forum is for you.

You're free to discuss whatever you want (within reason) although any content deemed inappropriate will be removed at the moderators discretion.
